Liberace Costume Exhibition at The Cosmopolitan, Las Vegas

Liberace has had somewhat of a homecoming to Las Vegas, through his costumes, which are being shown at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas in an exhibition entitled:  Too Much of a Good Thing is Wonderful - Liberace and the Art of Costume

His rhinestone encrusted piano, featured at the top of this post, is there, along with many costumes from different periods in Liberace's career:

Enjoy the glitter!

You soon get the impression that Liberace hit the nail on the head with this quote:

The exhibition is open 3-10pm each day (you won't miss it because it is at street level), and it is free.

Hi Gaye!
It's just as I remembered it except I saw the Piano and the Costumes at the Liberace Museum in Vega. He was quite a character that's for sure. I once had a Liberace cookbook but someone borrowed it and I never got it back...I should look for another.

Thanks for sharing these GREAT shots, Gaye. Have a wonderful time in the US and take lots of pictures, lol...

Wasn't Liberace just the most over the top person ever?? All these costumes and his routines, etc. I think maybe the next closest person would be Freddy Mercury, the ultimate performer as well! Oh, how I miss Freddy!
